Harmony · A free one-to-one session

Ho’oponopono

for whatever you're carrying.

Every prayer on the channel is for one struggle: money blocks, family pressure, self acceptance. If something in your life needs a prayer of its own, book a free session. We'll sit together online and say the four phrases for exactly that.

One prayer. One day. One step toward peace.

The prayer

Four phrases. Said slowly, and meant.

Ho'oponopono is an old Hawaiian practice of making things right. You don't need to believe anything first. You just repeat four phrases, gently, about the thing that hurts, until something in you softens.

  1. I'm sorry. For whatever in me helped create this.
  2. Please forgive me.For not knowing better, and for holding on.
  3. Thank you.For the chance to finally let it go.
  4. I love you.To yourself, and to the part of you that hurts.
